AI Product Listing Generator From Image in 2026
I have worked in IT for about twenty years, and when a small business owner asks me for free AI tools for marketing, the real question is usually "what can I do this month without paying for anything?" The answer is better than it was two years ago, but "free" hides limits. One tool caps contacts, another caps scheduled posts, and a third gives you AI only on a paid tier. This guide follows the searches people run next on Google (small business, digital marketing tools, video, Reddit, a PDF checklist) and shows what each vendor lists on its own page, all checked on October 28, 2026.

Marketing is a handful of repeating jobs: write something, send it, post it, make a video, and see what worked. A free tool is worth using only if it removes one of those jobs without locking your work inside a plan you cannot afford later. So I looked at one tool per job and read the limits the vendors list.
HubSpot's page for its free marketing tools says no credit card is required and lists landing pages, forms and ads, contact management, and reporting dashboards. It pairs them with a free CRM, so the leads you collect have a place to live. Mailchimp covers email, Buffer covers social scheduling, Clipchamp covers video editing, and Google's tools cover measurement. None of them replaces a plan, and that is the point: you can try each one for a week and drop what you do not use.
HubSpot's free page says its marketing tools let you create ads, emails, forms and landing pages in the same software, with built-in analytics that show which pages, offers, ads and traffic sources drive conversions. It also points to HubSpot Academy lessons, a knowledge base and a user community. For a small business this matters because you do not need to stitch a form tool to an email tool by hand.
On the AI side, HubSpot's marketing pages list an AI social media caption generator, a free AI content generator, a free AI blog writer, a free meta description generator and a free newsletter builder by name. The caption generator takes a short description of the post and then refines the caption when you add the audience and the tone you want. It is built for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
The AI blog writer page says you can answer a few prompts to get a draft, and that you can generate and refine an outline. The page is part of the same Marketing Hub family, so check which features sit on the free tier and which need a paid Marketing Hub plan before you plan a workflow around one. HubSpot's page does not say how many drafts you get for free.
You collect leads from a website and want the form, the email and the contact record in one place. Skip it if you only need a newsletter. A single-purpose email tool is simpler.
Mailchimp's pricing page says that if your business has fewer than 250 contacts you can try the basic Free plan. Its plan table lists the Free plan with a maximum of 500 sends a month or 250 a day, 1 audience and 1 seat, with email support for the first 30 days. The Free plan includes email, forms and landing pages, social posting and a subject line helper. It does not include email scheduling, A/B testing or removal of Mailchimp branding, and it lists the pre-built templates as limited.
The AI row matters for this guide. Mailchimp lists Generative AI Features as not included on Free and Essentials, and as a no additional cost add-on on Standard and Premium. Marketing automation flows are a free preview on the Free plan. If you want AI-written email copy at no cost, plan to pair Mailchimp's free sending with a separate assistant. The page lists starting prices of $13 a month for Essentials and $20 a month for Standard, each with a 14 day free trial.
You have under 250 contacts and send a short newsletter now and then. Skip it if you need scheduling or testing, which start on paid plans, or if you want built-in AI drafting.
Free email plans fail quietly. Mailchimp's plan table says sending will be paused if the contact or send limit is exceeded on Free, so check your list size before every campaign.
Buffer's pricing page lists a Free plan with up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel (the slot refills once a post is published), 100 ideas, 1 user, an AI Assistant, Insights, a community inbox and one API key. Essentials is listed at $5 a month per channel ($60 billed yearly) and Team at $10 a month per channel ($120 billed yearly). Buffer says its pricing was last updated in November 2025.
The feature table shows where the free limit bites. Free has a 30 day history for Insights, 3 tags, 1 saved reply and 5 AI reply suggestions a week. First comment scheduling, the hashtag manager, reports and custom UTM parameters are not included on Free. The AI Assistant is listed as included on every plan, and the page describes it as refining and repurposing content, with unlimited credits.
You run up to three accounts and schedule a handful of posts ahead. Skip it if you plan a whole month of content in one sitting. Ten scheduled posts per channel runs out fast.
Clipchamp is a free online video editor from Microsoft. Its pricing page says you sign in with a personal Microsoft account, and its plan table lists AI video editing tools and AI audio editing tools on both Free and Premium. The Free plan exports watermark-free video up to 1080p and includes free stock assets and filters. Premium comes with a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription and adds 4K export, premium stock assets and a brand kit for logos, colors and fonts.
The page for its AI features lists AI subtitles, voiceovers and silence removal, and an AI voiceover generator that turns text into speech. That is useful for short product demos and social clips, because captions and a voice track are the slow parts for a small team. It is an editor, not a one-line prompt generator, so you still bring the footage or images. The pricing page adds that AI video creation is available with a Copilot license on its work plans.
You make product demos, tutorials or captioned social videos and want no watermark. Skip it if you need 4K export or a saved brand kit, which are Premium features.
Searches for the top digital marketing tools usually mean a list of ten. I would rather show you the free tools I can source than pad a list. Marketing without measurement is guessing, and Google provides the two basics.
Google's Analytics page says it gives you the tools, free of charge, to understand the customer journey and improve marketing return on investment. It describes customer-centric measurement across sites and apps, machine-learning insights, and integrations with Google's advertising tools and with Search Console.
Google's help page describes Search Console as a free service that helps you monitor, maintain and troubleshoot your site's presence in Google Search. It shows how often your site appears, which queries show it and how often searchers click through. For a small site that is the fastest way to see whether the content you made with AI is being found at all.
The phrase has no single official list, and different sources use it differently. In practice I find it easiest to think of six jobs, each with a free starting point from this guide.
| Job | Free starting point | What the vendor lists |
|---|---|---|
| Capture leads | HubSpot free tools | Landing pages, forms, ads and contact management |
| Mailchimp Free | Up to 250 contacts, 500 sends a month | |
| Social posting | Buffer Free | 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel, AI Assistant |
| Video | Clipchamp Free | AI subtitles and voiceovers, 1080p, no watermark |
| Measurement | Google Analytics | Tools offered free of charge, per Google |
| Search data | Search Console | A free service, per Google |
If you do only two things, do measurement and one channel where your customers already are. A tool you use every week beats five you opened once.
Google shows Reddit threads for this search, and they can be a good reality check. Read them for the details that the vendors leave out, such as how many contacts a free plan really handled or what broke at the limit. Prefer recent posts, because free plans change often, and look for answers that name the business size and the job. Then check any claim against the vendor's pricing page before you rely on it.
Many people search for a PDF of free tools because they want something to keep. The tools and limits change, so I would rather give you a checklist than a file that goes stale. To keep it, use your browser's Print command and choose Save as PDF.

Limits and prices are what the vendors list on October 28, 2026, and they change. Buffer says its own pricing was last updated in November 2025.
Free tools still touch your customers' data. Do not paste a customer list, a private email or an unpublished price into an AI box unless you have read how that vendor uses what you enter. I did not review each vendor's data policy for this guide, so read it yourself before you upload anything sensitive.
AI drafts can also be wrong or bland. Check every number and name, add a real example from your business, and make sure you follow the advertising and disclosure rules where you sell. This guide is general information, not legal or professional advice.
If you want one place to begin, start with HubSpot when you collect leads from a website, or Mailchimp when your main channel is a small email list. Add Buffer when you post to social accounts every week, and Clipchamp when you make captioned video. Install Google Analytics and Search Console before any of them. Skip the paid tiers until a free limit actually costs you time or sales.
There is no single winner, because marketing is several jobs. For email, Mailchimp lists a Free plan for up to 250 contacts. For social posts, Buffer lists a Free plan with 3 channels and an AI Assistant. For an all-in-one start, HubSpot lists free marketing tools with a free CRM. For video, Clipchamp lists AI editing tools on its free plan. Start with the job that costs you the most time.
The plans below are listed as free on the vendors' own pages, but each one has limits. Mailchimp Free caps contacts and sends, Buffer Free caps scheduled posts and analytics history, and Clipchamp Free exports up to 1080p. You pay when you outgrow a limit, so check the limit that matters to you before you build a process around a tool.
Not according to its plan table. Mailchimp lists Generative AI Features as not included on the Free and Essentials plans and as a no additional cost add-on on Standard and Premium. If you want AI drafting at no cost, use a separate assistant or a tool that lists AI on its free tier.
Buffer lists its AI Assistant as included on the Free plan, and HubSpot has a social caption generator for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Treat the output as a first draft. Edit for your voice and facts before you publish, and check which plan each feature sits on.
Clipchamp is a free online video editor with AI tools such as subtitles, voiceovers and silence removal, and its free plan exports watermark-free video up to 1080p. It edits and assembles video rather than creating a finished video from a one-line prompt. Its page says AI video creation is available with a Copilot license on work plans.
Not to start. Google says Google Analytics gives you its tools free of charge, and Google describes Search Console as a free service. Together they show how people reach your site and which searches bring them, which tells you whether the other tools are paying off.
